starKiosk State-of-the-Industry Briefings: These are customized presentations on the current and future state of the kiosk industry, tailored to your particular business and interests. starUsability Testing: We personally test kiosks- in the field and before or after deployment. We also observe and interview customers and make recommendations in person, in written reports or in presentations - delivered via teleconference or at the client site. The testing is extensive and includes:

  • Ease of use — Can ordinary people use it or is it too complicated?
  • Timing — How long does it take to get from screen to screen?
  • Operability — How well does the kiosk function?
  • Attractiveness — Is your customer drawn to the kiosk?
  • Value — Do customers know what this self-service device is for?

We also serve as an Expert Witness in lawsuits and have testified before grand juries and in trials.
